After this time, the provisions of Law 300, Article 65 of the General Tourism Law apply, corresponding to 100% of the deposit. • Group or event cancellations: 5 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation and contract amount will be charged. • Baggage Handling: One suitcase per person weighing 25 kilos and measuring 158 cm (Height + Width + Length) is allowed. Additional baggage will cost USD $50 or its equivalent in pesos per piece. • Food and beverages are not allowed. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a corkage fee. • Pet Policy: One small dog weighing up to 10 kg is allowed, traveling in its container, with a collar and leash when outside the container. Request must be made at the time of booking, and compliance with health permits and vaccination certificates is required. Breed restrictions apply (brachycephalic dogs).
